Great and Friendly Service

I want to Compliment Colin on providing me with Great Service.<br> <br> I phoned to get a quote on Car Insurance and Colin was very friendly and knowledgeable and gave me all the information and different prices etc. that I needed without me having to ask to many questions, he also gave me some information on how it will work to Cancel my current Car Insurance and explained in detail the whole process of having my Car inspected at Glasfit and gave me a breakdown of what will be deducted and when.<br> <br> I could not have asked for more from this Call.<br> <br> I have previously also worked as a Call Centre Agent and I was impressed with how he dealt with the whole call and how professional and helpful he was.<br> <br> As Call Centre Agents Good Service is always expected and Customers don't often give Complements as it is seen as it is their jobs to be friendly and professional etc., which I also agree with but I think it should be applauded when a person is doing their Job well.<br> <br> So I want to say thank you Colin your a Star!<br> <br> I hope that this call gets pulled for monitoring and that you score high on quality!<br> <br> Kind Regards<br> Clechia Pretorius
