I was transferred to 5 different people ans they were not helpfull at all. I cancelled my policy from auto and general to dial direct but after speaking with rivoningo i think his surname is manzingi He was patient and i knew what i was looking for as i didnt know. Because of his service i know reinstalled with auto and general. If you have more people like him you will have more clients
