Good insurance

Auto and general is a great insurance from what I have experience with them regarding my car accident, I claimed and unfortunately they couldn't fix my car, so it was written off, I firstly got frustrated with the fact that I was a first time car buyer and I wasn't made aware of the courtesy car should I not have access to my car, and I only found out later on after I had the car accident. I also had to follow up on them this one time regarding the progress of my claim because they were quiet on the day that they said they will give me feedback and also they said they will take a certain time to do their report and then it took longer. But besides everything that had happened I had a good experience with auto and general and I wouldn't mind insuring with them again should I happen to buy another car, but this time I'll be joining them again with experience. So I'm giving them a 4 star because of the courtesy car not being included in my insurance.
