Good customer service by Auto and General insurance

I received an email informing of my policy increase for 2022,after I responded with my dissatisfied answer. I received a call the next day, a gentleman dialoged with me following my reasons and we managed to come to an understanding. I was happy with the agreement and rated him 10/10 for the overall level of professionalism. We need such dedicated individuals to bring back that joy between service providers and clients. It's such value for my money, keep it up.
