Going the extra mile

I initially had an issue with the service I had received from both Auto & Gen and the 3rd party when I needed my shower head at home to be replaced. I had NOT received and any feedback or update from my insurance or the plumbing company that was assigned to come fix my shower head and that's when I wrote a complain about this and immediately got a call from a lady by the name of MASEGO, she literally took it upon herself to make sure my issue was resolved. Masego called the plumbing company and kept me in the loop with what her next steps will be and what I loved about her is that she kept to her word, when she said she'd call me back she actually did just that. Masego called me at about 7pm to find out if the plumbers had arrived yet and this was well after her shift had ended and I'd like to say to her THANK YOU very much for taking ownership and going the extra mile to make sure my issue was resolved and for upholding the company brand, I was beginning to lose trust in the brand and people like you really need to be acknowledged. THANK YOU, my shower head was fixed 7on that very same evening.
