Going the extra mile
Mirriam from Auto & General assisted a friend of mine with his vehicle claim. The vehicle has been written off and some of the documentation required is with Absa Bank [BankFin]. Mirriam arranged conference calls and patiently discussed the requirement with the numerous people he was transferred to [we lost count at the 8th transfer to another Department and the 'hang-ups']. She went the extra mile and we would like to commend her for this.
