GIVEN THE RUN AROUND LIKE A CHILD SO ANNOYED
I am so annoyed and irritated with the level of service that I got from Auto & General Third parties. As a business you can't assign me to third parties and level me hanging without any form of follow to check if I got the help that I needed. It's almost a month now and I am still in the same position that I was in a month a ho. In short, I am back to square one.

28 Dec 2020, 11:59As a consumer or client to a particular company it is very important to fo a background check of a company before you sign up with cause you dont want to find yourself in position were it all ends in tears. Like I did with Auto & General. I did do my homework and got burnt very badly! Looking at the company's reviews their are not impressive at all and I do regret signing up with them. The company is biased that even on they reviews majority of the reviewers giving excellent commenting are only whites and then come us as black people we are always complaining as if we didnt go to school or we don't know how the claiming process works as our claims are always declined or denied, so in short Auto & General is a white based company. They just doing black people a favour.
