GEYSER PROBLEM UNRESOLVED

I reported a leak from the roof coming from the geyser on 14th Feb. FOGI plumbers redirected a hose from one end to the other but instead no water drips from the geyser anymore as it should. Gustav, an assessor from Digital promised to send someone to fix ceiling and Nothing has been done. Debbie Henry from A&G called on 26th Feb and I repeated my frustration but to no avail. Will someone FIX these 2 things
