Get a reliable insurer not money chasers

Auto and general is the worst by far insurance i have ever been with especially as a woman.The moment your crash detector ok on meaning you have been in an accident those call centres will never call you even if you requested a callback like they usually do on a daily basis.Secondly they took time to approve parts quotation and when I requested a courtesy car after a whole month of being stranded since the day of the accident they still gave me a run around&i struggled to get to and from work in a rainy weather.3rdly when i finally got a courtesy car after 1000 fights,i requested an extension because the repairer is not done with my car due to their delay(insurer approving quote)those call center consultants dropped my call and i called in again and they still giving me a run around to extend my days of car rental.My advice especially to my ladies please do yourself a favour and find a reliable insurer.You cant pay insurance that dont wanna show up during difficult times.These services are not for free,i have been with them for almost 2 years now without making a claim and this is what i get
