Genuine interest about my concerns

Got slapped with a annual price in crease on a car insurance premium on a car getting older and depreciating in value.

But after a brief conversation, my premium was adjusted to better my satisfaction - even the conversation with the agent was pleasent with asks how my day is going with genuine interest rather than only a call telling me what I need to understand.
