Frustration when login a claim.

I do not know whether it s a motto or slogan. Of saying " When you are stranded we are there to help you". Auto and general is incorrect on this statement, They must review it and advertise like this " When you are stranded we are there to frustrate you". They must even add to frustrate you worse. We will leave you hopeless in life. We don't care about you as the customer. All we need is your money. We are auto making money in general. This is what the company must advertise. As a customer I m not experiencing any help. Unfriendly staff. I only got one gentlemen called cavish whom tried to help. Very friendly and never took time to listen to the customer and tried to help. I'm frustrated not being helped.
