I originally had a policy with A&G, but cancelled it for a better deal. They added this additional tyre damage, nicks and scratches policy. After cancelling the policy I started noticing some extra debit orders going off my account. I tried to trace it through the bank but they could not help me. Eventually after searching the web I found where it came from, and numerous other people with the same complaint about \INSURANCE PREMIUM VAPINSA&G\" debit order. I phoned A&G to ask them about it, and I got the same response someone else got, that this is a separate policy, and if I cancel my main policy, even though it uses the same policy number, it does not cancel this other \"Value Added Product\" policy. This is surely ***** and cannot be allowed to happen. I want all my money refunded to me since I cancelled the policy in 2014."
