I am absolutely disgusted with Auto & General insurance. If it were up to me their business would be shut with immediate effect.

I have requested cancelation of my car insurance with auto and general on the 12th December 2019, but I was ignored. They took money out of my account in December, January and now again in February. I got confirmation of cancelation in writing from them but clearly this was just to fool me, because they continued to debit my bank account **********ly. I have called, emailed, I have done everything I could but these vultures keep *****ing my money every single month since December. I regret the day I contacted Auto and general insurance, in fact I curse the day.
