Terrible insurance. Charged me for over 4 years for a car that is not even there and refuses to pay back my money. I have called these people over 6 times already it's always been escalated but no one ever gets back to you. Consultants cant even assist you. How do you charge someone for a vehicle that has been written off so long ago and it being written off by auto and general themselves but refuse to pay back my money. This is pathetic! There is no car to be insured but you still charging me! All my vehicles are insured with you people and I just want them all cancelled! ASAP. I have had it with auto and general!
