Frastrated

Poor service no customer care at all. My car have been booked for repairs at Ducor body works Port Elizabeth by the insurance on the 23rd of April. I have been informed that the car will be ready on the 23rd of June. Therefore the car will be with Ducor body works for two months for front bumper damage. I emailed the insurance as I'm not certified with the service of the repairer that they have booked my car in. I have never received any correspondence from them.
