FORCED CLAIM WITHOUT PERMISSION
I am absolutely appalled by the Terrible force claim from the Agent Te-Juan W @ Auto & General. I am a loyal client without a claim for the past 5 years, I now have a minor claim whereas i need my bumper replaced. I opted for a cash settlement, Only to find out that i will receive +-R1000 (RIDICULOUS), which was forced on me as i did not receive a quote from this agent SHOWING it matching my quote.....
