Follow up on Ronel Jordaan

Hi there , <br> <br> Today around 10H00 in the morning Christelle told me to insure that she is trying her best to give me a feedback as soon as possible and advised me that she is the one in charge of the matter .Few minutes ago , Ophelia called me threatening me that the case was closed and I did not have to bother them anymore . I told her not to call me as I would escalate it to Christelle . I called the company back and Nono said that Christelle is not working there and wanted to put me through Ophelia who is following up on my case .Clearly these agents are fooling me around and do not want to put me through Christelle . Again why should Ronel Jordaan should send me a Facebook friend Request ?! Hoping that Christelle will get back to me the soonest ...<br> <br> <br> Regards <br> <br> Patrick
