FLOOD DAMAGE
Auto & General is one insurance company that I will NEVER insure with especially after the way they have treated my friend whose house was flooded. It is almost 3 weeks and she is still waiting for them to sort out the house. All her belonging are in 'storage' most probably rotting!!! For goodness sake she is 74 years old and needs her home back. Auto & General get your act together!!!
