Five months without a sole business vehicle

My business vehicle was in an accident on 25th February 2022. I got a curtesy car for 30 days and nothing beyond that, however my vehicle is still with the autobody as at 27 July 2022. As usual I have been calling Matsobane the assessor without success, email sent with no response. I just cannot take this nonsense anymore. I know the autobody efficiency and parts order delays contributed but I am only a client to the insurer and they should protect me.
