Fitment of Pirates Parts results in Auto and General beating competitor Premiums - MAKES YOU WONDER WHY THEY AREN'T ON HELLO PETER?
Today marks 11 working days since I have submitted a dispute against a windscreen replacement (even though I was told 7 working days for a response). WOW guys, this is absolutely appalling. To people that are getting calls from Auto and General for a better quote, BE AWARE, they will better your current premium BUT will not mention, at that time of you signing up, that the only way, they can better the current premium is by replacing your OEM parts with pirate parts! I will not allow or approve pirate parts to be fitted onto my car as a result, the despite. I am not requesting for Auto and General to replace a Pirate Part with an OEM part as my car currently has an original OEM windscreen! Tracy, gladly mentioned on the call, “sorry your car is not a 2018 or 2019 model”, therefore "I" will not approve an OEM windscreen? REALLY are you paying the installment for the car and will you accept this if the tables were turned????? I DON'T THINK SO!!!! Did Auto and General mention that as my car depreciates in value, so will the parts, glass and services offered by Auto and General, NOT!!! If I decide to trade in my car, how do I explain the pirate parts and accept a lower trade-in value, who loses here?
