First claim with Auto and General in progress

So far so good. Busy with my claim, Tashina has been my favorite so far. She answered the questions I had with my policy, informed and reassured me of the process going forward. I liked her personality, she felt human and at ease and even validated my crash, I enjoyed it so much. The call line was really clear and it was so nice to be able to hear everything clearly.
