Feedback and Response on my claim

i Have been involved in an accident last month 13 April 2015.<br> I have reported and claimed the incident the same.<br> <br> Today i have not yet received any call from the company, Its only me who calls and make follow-ups. They always says they are waiting for my feedback from my previous insurance company about me.<br> <br> Apparently they have done assessment of my car and said the damages cost R 15 500.00 but they are waiting for my previous insurance company to give them info about me.<br> <br> What irritates me is that they don't call and tell me something its only me who calls and everyone just tells me the one and the same thing for 3 weeks now.<br> <br> Thanks in anticipation.<br> <br> Kind regards,<br> Kabelo Motsatsing<br>
