Feedback About Yesterday

I will like to thank Mohammed for his professionalism on handling my query yesterday.<br> <br> The only problem I have with you guys is,why should I always be the one calling to review my policy. Auto and general should have a system were they review customers from time to time and not apply a blanked approach to everyone. e.g I've never claim in the past 6 year but year on year, my premiums still goes up. surely you should have the system that accommodate people like me???<br> <br> kind Regards
