Fed up with auto and general

I've had the worst experience with this company. I claimed for my fridge laptop and food which was spoilt last year. They've been giving me the run since then. They refuse to pay out any claims. The reports they tell me about are never what the assessor says when he is in my house. I have had a broken laptop and fridge for months months now. They still deduct from my account every month though
