Fantastic service!!!

<p>All too often people are willing and ready to complain but rarely do they take the time to commend anyone for service excellence.</p> <p> </p> <p>Had the unfortunate luck of a vehicle break-in incident recently. Thought the claims process would be a lengthy one and wasn’t looking forward to the experience at all.</p> <p> </p> <p>I must say though that I’ve really been blown away by your service. Constant communication, streamlined processes and friendly staff all contributed to a world class experience overall.</p> <p> </p> <p>It would be a perfect world if every company I interacted with had a Cindy, Vaughn and Jody flying their flags. You guys have rendered such a friendly and professional service and you’ve superseded all expectations, thank you! I really hope your company recognises your value and rewards you handsomely for being such exemplary ambassadors.</p> <p> </p> <p>Now I didn’t come here to throw naartjies, but Siphiwe, you have much to learn from your colleagues in terms of claims advice and client service.
