False claims of roadside assistance

I requested road side assistance this morning 07/07/2025 at approximately 07:18.The app indicated that the guy who was coming to assist me was 5 minutes away. At 07:27 the app indicated that the assistance was completed and that i should rate the service. THE GUY NEVER SHOWED UP. I had to uber due to this huge inconvenience. This better not be put through as a claim as no service was provided to me.
