I have a policy with this insurance, I was high jacked last month and I lodge a claim with auto and general. When is the time for them to pay they look for every excuse in this world. It was my first time this happen to me, when something like this happen you like dreaming where you can’t straight, as their excuse for not paying is when I get off on my vehicle to look for the tyre I was not even aware that my vehicle is on or off. That is the excuse they are using against me. That called a human error that everyone can do. I want everybody know when they advertise themselves anywhere, what you must expect from them. When they want you to take their insurance they promise you heaven and earth but when is payback time they look for everything they can use agains you. People be careful.
