False advertising to pull you to join their insurance

I have requested the recording of the day i was sold their warranty Insurance but no one is. Willing to send it to me because of their false advertising I was told I will be covered for brake disc by their consultants which I still remember his name jst when i wanted to claim they tell me stories that my disc are not covered Im still waiting for the recording since yesterday no one is willing to assist me because that will be my prove that thy failed from there im canceling their warranty insurance.
