Faiure to 3rd party Damages in full Under deceptive circumstances

Auto and General has since failed to resolve my issue , They continue with the typical Insurance industry expected norms where the insure refuses to take accountability for their mistake Photo's and Quotation was supp**** proving the extend of the Damage which they didn't account for as a results of the accident . This practice is unacceptable and **********. The options Given and amount settled was after the Insurer Deliberately under Quoted and left out damaged parts to be replaced . ***** ***** ***** ...... The agreement is now voidable as it was under deceptive circumstances .
