FAITURE TO REPAIR A SCRATCH

if you are company is failing to fix my scratch, do I have to believe that in an accident claim, you will help me? if it was my other insurance it was gonna be solved very fast.

get 3 quotations and send the car to the approved repair panel shop. Do I have to wait like this? as if I am not paying? Do you expect us to refer people?

Service Provider 1. Mobile Repair. I don't have time to be home and not go to work watching people working for their families.

Service Provider 2. Taking too long to tell me to bring the car for repairs. this shows unprofessional and I won't trust them on my car
