failure to pay insurance claim
Tryphina Morwa Mokgatle took an insurance policy for her car and registered Tsholofelo Evah Mokgatle as a regular driver and 3months down the line she got involved in an accident and they said shes not a registered driver only to find she is and they changed to say the debit order didn't go thru there was no money and when Tryphina pulled out all documents they shut her out and its been 3years now and the poor 65years old lady is suffering cause of debts she had to sort out cause insurance breached the contract.
