Failing to stop and reimburse policy

BAD after sales service. Failed to cancel a policy, kept debiting my account from Sep 2017, to date. This after the vehicle was written off by them and the policy was cancelled. Trying to get the premium debits to be stopped for months. When asking for my reimbur*****t (28 months' worth) they simply do not reply.
