Failing to provide great Service

I called to review my policy and the guy who was assisting me is Moses khoza who was very ***********, he took an hour on a call but he did not get to help me anyhow, as he failed I requested that he must escalate my issue to hissuperior he then wrote my numbers but till today no manger called me instead I got a message to approve the debicheck of the amount I never agreed on..which means he **** to me and promise me to wait for the call that was never escalated. so dispointed as since I joined them for 2 yrs is the 1st time getting such pathetic service. I will be shopping around for a better insurance, since I m not satisfied with the service I got from their *********** staff.
