Facilitation of repairs

Having lodged a claim for repairs on my Volvo, Doctor and Katlego contacted me to inform me of the progress of my claim. I find it very assuring and giving some peace of mind that I am informed of current status of my application and what arrangements have been made for the car including what I should do while all these are being attended to.
