Been with Auto and General since June 2016, never launched a claim. 2 weeks ago i had a small accident when pulling in at my house in the dark, hit a pillar on my under roof parking and some stuff fell on my truck, not to bad though. I filed a claim, send pictures for assessment , after that i heard nothing from them, after numerous phone calls from my wife and me, still no answers, they never call you back, we had to do all the calling. On Friday i phoned again, asking to speak to a manager, so convenient of the consultant to just say, all managers are in a meeting, she assured me that a manager will call me back,this was about 12:20, no one called me back as usual. After 4 pm i phoned again, holding for 13 minutes, finally i got hold of a manager, MR. BABA NKOSI, apparently he is a manager, after explaining to him how i feel about the treatment i get from them and what i am going to do about it, he sweet talked me out of cancelling my policy and everything else i wanted to do, he assured that he will solve this problem and call me before 2 pm on Saturday, i am still waiting. Auto and General is the worst company i have dealt with.
