extremely bad service

my name is Lebogang Serache my policy number is ***, I took a police in December, where by i was informed that my car will have a full warranty cover is the consultant was explaining that it will be covered for r80000. today took my car to the Rmi workshop, they assessed the car and gave me an invoice of r15320, they logged a claim for me only to find out that my car is only cover for a maximum of r2000. how shocking is the service am getting from auto general. this is unacceptable
