Expressing my feelings
I spoke to Mr F Kliensmith on the 18th of August, less than 2 hours after I emailed a querry on an outstanding claim from 2020. I was impressed that he resolved the matter before the end of the call. I am very impressed with his proactive ethics, although I have had a disappointing history with AG Insurance Services
