Decision made based on my Race. I had a burglary recently and Neresa Naidoo the investigator from Telesure was sent she came and did her investigation and took photos and all well she requested for invoices of the items that was ****** and it was duly provided to her, still being traumatized as a result of the burglary not once did she ask me if my family and I was ok, which gave me the impression she only came to see me for one reason only to reject my claim. Telesure rejected my claim stating I submitted ********** documents, being a business man myself I felt like a real ******** as this is what they made me feel and told me. I asked them for a review of the claim and now they asking me for the documents they should have asked for before the rejected my claim. Its been 6 weeks now I have to relive the trauma everyday as Telesure is not making it easy for me and my family. My question to Telesure is was my claim rejected based on my race or do they reject claims after racially profiling clients because I’m quite sure if I was not black the decision would have been different. I thought I was with an insurance company that I can trust when in need but now I know how they operate when it comes to black people.
