Execeptional service from Auto & General

On Monday I posted a refund claim on FB. Shortly after the post I received a call from an incredibly help Ms. Tamore Goosen from Auto & General and this morning she contacted me via email to inform me that by the end of the week I would receive my refund of R26 330.17. I am truly flabbergasted at this exceptional level of service and client care!!
