Excess Repayment Outstanding - Almost 1 year after my accident
My excess from an accident in March 2021 has still not been returned to me. My car was fixed by the end of last year. Sent my complaint to the disputes department and I'm waiting for feedback. Didn't think I'd have to follow up on something..Kind of disappointing.
