Excess recovery-Auto and General- policy no ***
Auto and General has been failing to recover my R7000.00 excess from the company whose truck drove into my parked car in August 2015. I don't get any feedback unless I call them. I spoke to Sunnette and Maryana who always promise to take my case to the attorney. The other company has been willing to pay back the excess but Auto and General is dragging their feet. They told me my insurance company knows how to enforce a Section 2 excess from the 3rd party's insurance company. Every moth I pay premiums of R1200.00 which they faithfully deduct from me yet they cannot assist me. I really need your help.
