Excess payable

Wehn we took out insurance with Auto & General we wanted no excess whether the regular driver was driving or one of the other 5 drivers names on the policy. Our broker assured us this was the case. Now when the vehicle was involved in an accident, the panel beaters fixed it and won't release the vehivle before my dad pays R6500 in excess. According to our policy, we shouldn't pay excess. Auto & General needs to pay the R6500 as this mistake is clearly theirs. The vehicle has been fixed 10 June already and we need it urgently for business. It cost us over R20000.00 to hire another driver and vehicle as they wont give us ours. I think Auto & General insurance is pathetic and their service is totally appalling. I will never use you again or reccommend you to anyone else
