Excess is NOT refunded after 6 months even though its clear that the accident was caused by other party! Empty promises and lack of urgency

I am still waiting on my excess to be refunded, it's been 6 months since some guy drove into the rear of my car pushing me forward into the car in front of me - while I was stationary at a robot!

I got told the guy's insurance is not saying that the accident didn't happen they just don't want to pay for all the damages even though it was clearly his fault for causing the accident. The accident report has his signature on it admitting that its his fault! But A&G refuses to request it because its a cost for them!

I have been a loyal customer of there's for 5-6 years paying every single month on time and NOTHING !!! They are quick to take your money but the minute you have to get your extremely huge amount of basic excess back they refuse to fight for you! Just disappointed - I mean I never had to claim from insurance until now, 15 years ! with no accidents that should say something about my driving skills. AND to top it all off - it wasn't even my FAULT $%"£$% !

I chose them because they are a well known car insurance company clearly they don't make them like they use to. I got promised that I would be given my excess back in advance because it is a done deal, as there is proof that he is definitely the guilty party!

I spoke to a Jeannique Solomon's who called me a month ago to tell me the same **** and ask me for a witness statement and witness contact details that I originally gave them back in April - I mean nothing has changed and to top it all off she communicated to her Manager (Nicolene Noordman) ' the customer doesn't want to accept the decision made by the other parties' insurance'. But why would I accept it because his lying!

This guys is lying to his own insurance about what happened! He **** to me 3 times about what happened and I still don't know why he didnt break ?? The tow truck driver that towed his car said 'Oh its you again! How many times are you going to drive into other people's cars'! REALLY !!!

Honestly the worse day of my life I still get anxious whenever someone comes on too fast behind me in traffic especially when all the cars are standing still. I am so sick of calling A&G to be told no man your case is still under review or someone will call you back to discuss your excess. One time I even got told don't e-mail rather call or don't call us we will call you! LOL they still calling me back or making my FULL excess a priority!
