Excess funds

Auto and General promised to pay back my excess amount and it has been over a year. They always sending me back and forth and they not even keeping me up to speed with the development on my case. That time my premium increased drastically at the beginning of this year. I feel like they don't value me as their client. They only want to reap my money.
