I interacted with Tshepiso who made me feel very important and also that my concerns are taken seriously. I was about to leave Auto and General not because of the service I received but because I felt I was so financially constraint I couldn't breath. She was really a Godsend and I will never leave Auto and General. I hope she is recognised for the professional and efficient worker she is.
