Exceptional service

I was hijacked on the 13 October and claimed from my insurance. They were sympathetic and offered me trauma counselling. The investigation didn't take that long and the field assessor was very helpful. Today he compensated some of the items that were in my car when it wss ******. This was a pleasant surprise.
