I received excellent service from Siphiwe Nqila from the Auto and General Commercial Broker Sales Team on Thursday 21 and Friday 22 April 2022. She showed incredible efficiency and poise under stressful conditions at sales stage, from a demanding client and myself the broker requesting speedy assistance while she also had to navigate through system problems.
