Excellent service from claims agent

Yesterday I called into Auto & General for advice about a third party claim. I was assisted by Luke Dunpall from the Gauteng branch. I was really impressed with the level of service that he provided. He went out of the way to explain (in detail) to me the procedure that I need to follow and how A&G can be of assistance to me should I have any issues with the 3rd party claim. At the beginning of the conversation he explained upfront how long it would take and that he would call me back so as not to use up my air-time. He called back as he said he would and explained the whole procedure in a very calm, clear and professional manner, detailing what documentation I needed to provide and why it is necessary.
