Excellent Service from Auto & General

I have been a customer of Auto & General for about 25 years and have never been disapointed in the service that I have received. I have found them to be professional, efficient, friendly, caring and ethical all at the same time and let you feel valued as a customer. I recently was so relieved to have been able to cancel my home owners policy with Outsurance, as my bond was paid up, and move it to Auto & General with my other insurances. I found the treatment that I received from Outsurance to be mainly shocking and inferior and I felt disrespected as a customer especially due to a particular incident that had occurred. I recently had the most amazing service from Alison Manuel in the Auto & General claims department which I very much appreciated. Thank you Auto & General for your superb service.
