Excellent Service

Once again I received excellent service for a claim in respect of an outside leaking water pipe. Since I took out my policy in July 2015, I've had excellent service from them. I've only recently had a few claims and they have all been attended to expeditiously. I have read a few complaints from other clients and from what I understand when reading them, is that they do not appear to be aware of what their policy actually covers and have not read their policy in detail. Hence their claims being rejected.
